This is a full-time, on-site position . Daily presence at our Lexington office is a key part of our collaborative culture, so please consider commute distance when applying.

What You'll Do

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently under general supervision, solving moderately complex personnel issues and using sound judgment when handling payroll inquiries. You'll be a key contributor to HR operations and employee engagement-balancing administrative precision with a human-centered approach.

You will -

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in recruitment efforts-posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and managing communications
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes with care and attention
• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate company events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Resolve moderately complex personnel issues independently
• Address payroll-related problems appropriately, referring complex matters to authorized personnel
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
