Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is recruiting a Director of Construction for a full-service disaster restoration company based in Virginia Beach, VA.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary : $95,000 – $98,000 DOE + Bonus / Commission Structure

The Director of Construction will lead all reconstruction operations from sales handoff through project completion, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of both residential and commercial projects within a 60-mile radius of Virginia Beach.
