Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interaction and communication.
Policy Management : Oversee policy renewals, modifications, and updates, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
Claims Assistance : Assist clients in processing insurance claims, ensuring all required documents are submitted promptly and accurately.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about changes in the insurance industry and advise clients accordingly.
Sales Support : Collaborate with your assigned sales producers to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services and products to existing clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold an active New York State Insurance License.
Experience : 3+ years in Personal and Commercial insurance customer service
Communication Pro : Clear, confident, and professional in both written and verbal interactions.
Client Champion : Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Problem Solver : Quick to assess issues and deliver effective solutions.
Organized & Efficient : Skilled at juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
