Mid Level Software Developer

Description

Experienced fullstack developer needed to design, implement, and sustain missionfocused web applications for defense customers. You will deliver robust backend services in .NET, craft responsive frontend experiences with Vue.js, and design / optimize SQL Server databases. Work is performed within disciplined SDLC, changecontrol, and secure delivery processes supporting deployed systems and field users.

This position can be worked remote, but strong preference will be given to candidates local to Newport News, VA

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend APIs and services using C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET) that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.
• Develop responsive, componentbased UIs with Vue.js, Nuxt, Tailwind and other modern tooling.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, indexes, and query performance.
• Integrate applications with authentication / authorization systems (OAuth2 / JWT, SAML) and external services.
• Produce clear technical documentation, and deployment artifacts for controlled and / or airgapped environments.
• Participate in code reviews and bug triage. Mentor junior engineers and coordinate knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and systems teams to meet contract milestones and accreditation needs.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
