Specializing in ground-up commercial projects up to $20M, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to take ownership of high-value projects and grow their career with a respected builder.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for ground-up commercial projects.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce quality control and safety standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Conduct site meetings, maintain daily reports, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Provide leadership on-site, ensuring smooth coordination between field and office teams.
