JOB SUMMARY
The Communications Manager leads the day-to-day operations of IHB's communications and marketing efforts and supervises a small but high-performing team. This position is responsible for executing the IHB Communications Strategy, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at increasing patient and community engagement.
The Communications Manager ensures timely, culturally grounded messaging across digital, print, and community channels. This includes coordination of campaigns, oversight of advertising and outreach content, and collaboration with internal departments. The role supports branding and communications efforts across IHB's clinics, programs, and upcoming Menaandawiwe Wellness Campus, and ensures that outward-facing content reflects IHB's values and the needs of the urban American Indian community.
