MAINTENANCE SUPPORT TECH- Little Rock Service Center

PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) :

• Ensure that you present yourself in a professional manner and appearance in a day-to-day contact with customers, guests and co-workers.
• Document all OJT to build experience portfolio.
• Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards
• Utilize the applicable technical data relative to work performed including but not limited to : maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, repair and modifications
• Learn the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station / Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of the normally assigned duties
• Acquire a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135 as required
• Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM / QCM
• Maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5Ssystem of "sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain"
• Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety
• Observe and administer company rules and regulations and safety policy and standard operating procedures
