This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. Essential Functions Of The Role
• You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
• You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
• You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress. Key Success Factors
• Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.
• Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.

• We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
• At least (2) two years in the field.
• Registered Nurse License.
• You must have Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.
