Outsource is looking for a Low Voltage / Data Center Foreman with 5+ years of experience for a great opportunity based in Red Oak, TX. Candidates must have Electronic Security experience in commercial / data center environments.  This is an immediate need.

Low Voltage Foreman Job :

• Manage a field crew up to 20 employees.
• Oversee and review all project documentation including project plans, schedules, materials, time entry, etc.
• Review materials to verify accuracy.
• Close out projects, obtain customer sign-offs, assist with finalizing project deliverables.
• Forecast manpower and materials.
• Ensure the highest quality during all phases of the project (Quality Control).
• Manage project hours, ensuring completion within the scheduled timeframe.
• Assist with field training, employee development.
