Position Summary - Your Impact

The Senior Analyst, E-Business will play a critical role in driving the company's digital transformation and e-commerce growth. This position will impact the business by leveraging data analytics to optimize online sales strategies, enhance customer engagement, and improve the overall digital experience. The Senior Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives and alignment with business objectives. This role will focus on DoorDash and is onsite 3 days per week in the Arlington, VA office. 100% remote work in NOT an option at this time.

Primary Responsibilities - What You'll Do

• Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Performance Metrics : Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online sales and marketing campaigns.
• Reporting : Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• SEO and SEM : Assist in the development and execution of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
• Customer Insights : Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Market Research : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform e-commerce strategies.
• Campaign Management : Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Website Optimization : Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals.
• Project Support : Assist in the implementation of new e-commerce projects and initiatives.
