Senior Business Analyst - Consumer Identity

The Consumer Identity team is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for the Strategy and Analytics team to help us in our mission to protect our customers' identities from Fraud and to help Capital One in its push to put customer centric analysis at the center of how we operate.

Your role will be to help drive the strategy and analytics that we leverage in optimizing fraud prevention. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design and many others to deliver on one of the most critical dimensions of how Capital One defends the company and its customers against Fraud.

This role will include work on items such as :

• Evaluating the effectiveness of new Identity tools, optimizing policy, and setting a strategic roadmap in partnership with our platform teams for the next generation of Identity defenses
• Analyzing, responding to and mitigating Fraud attacks in partnership with Lines of Business across the company to ensure our defenses keep pace with our attackers
• Establishing our Credit Risk management infrastructure foundations
• Create frameworks to assess our platforms existing customer experiences and interactions with customers to ID leverage points in reducing friction and drive customer satisfaction
• Exploring opportunities to leverage customer level data (i.e. cross-LOB behavioral) for Fraud & other high leverage use cases

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL : $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Business Analyst

McLean, VA : $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Business Analyst

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
