What You'll Own as the Senior Compensation Manager
- Manage and expand the compensation department, including hiring and performance oversight
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of all compensation programs, processes, and systems
- Provide executive-level guidance on compensation strategy, job evaluations, and confidential negotiations
- Develop data-backed metrics, audit tools, and reporting dashboards to support informed decisions
- Redesign performance review processes to directly tie merit increases and incentives to results
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation regulations
