Join a respected full-service law firm with a dynamic team serving corporate, real estate, and estate planning clients across diverse industries. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to make an impact by providing comprehensive legal support to a collaborative group of attorneys.

Youll manage complex case files, assist in drafting and filing key legal documents, and play a critical role in keeping cases on track from start to finish, all within a professional, growth-oriented environment.

Paralegal Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • Draft, prepare, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with all court rules and deadlines.
  • Manage case files from inception through resolution, maintaining organized documentation and accurate litigation calendars.
  • Lead discovery and document management, including drafting responses, organizing productions, and managing review platforms.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in corporate, real estate, and estate planning matters.
  • Assist with trial preparation, assembling exhibits, creating trial binders, and coordinating witnesses and experts.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients, contributing to strategy and case management with professionalism and discretion.
  • Bring at least 5 years of paralegal experience and a degree or Paralegal Certificate, with proven strength in writing, organization, and multitasking.
