This candidate will implement policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for Southwestern Services and our clients. The ideal candidate is a dedicated individual who adheres to and communicates national, state, and local regulations. This candidate will focus on preventive measures, requiring attentiveness and proactive thinking. Detail orientation is essential, especially during emergencies. Responsibilities :

• Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks; ensuring material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible, as needed
• Develops, documents, and implements inspections policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspection reports and their findings
• Develops and monitors compliance, health, and safety procedures for all areas of the company
• Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics
• Maintains records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and / or pollutants, as required
• Quality control; ensuring the project meets client standards, regulatory requirements, and project and customer specifications
• Performs other related duties as assigned to include
