Salary Range

The full pay range for this role is $73,800 - $123,000 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases candidate work location.

Location

This position is based in either the Columbia, MD (preferred) or West Lebanon, NH office. This position offers hybrid flexibility (three days in office).

Responsibilities

In coordination with the Project Manager and other project team members, the Project Engineer II provides planning and technical support related to the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) process of commercial and industrial solar PV projects. This position works at EPC job sites and the company offices. The Project Engineer II supports the following functions : health and safety protocol, quality control, engineering and design review, estimating and budget monitoring, purchasing and contract administration, construction management, and general project administration. The Project Engineer II also provides project site coverage as needed.

Working Conditions & Travel Requirements

Approximately 75% of working time is in an office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software / programs), phones, and general office equipment. Travel is required up to 25% of the time, which may be spent outside on construction sites or visiting vendor and / or subcontractor offices in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. Must have the ability to traverse entire project site in varied terrain and weather conditions.
