Role Overview

The Product Strategy Advisor will play a part-time advisory role (10–20 hours per week) to support the product pipeline with strategic input, supplier connections, compliance expertise, and category knowledge. This role is perfect for an experienced product leader who doesn't want the day-to-day grind but still wants to shape winning product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on product pipeline strategy, innovation, and category expansion.
• Provide market insights & trend analysis to guide product decisions.
• Support in supplier vetting, negotiations, and compliance checks.
• Review and refine formulations, packaging, and positioning for market fit.
• Mentor and advise the full-time product development team.
