Position : EDGAR & Document Processing Specialist (Global Law Firm)
Organization : Elite International Law Firm
Location : Downtown NYC (fully remote)
Comp Package : Base to $110K, Paid Overtime, Full Benefits Day One, Tuition Reimbursement, Bonus, 401K+, etc.
Responsibilities for EDGAR & Document Processing Specialist (Global Law Firm) :
- Research and compile data needed to prepare electronic filing of SEC form types, EDGAR filings, and other financial compliance documents
- Communicate with lawyers and supervisors regarding jobs, instructions or deadlines
- Provide at-desk support to lawyers or off-site client support as requested
- Assist with the documentation and materials utilized in the department training program
- Produce, edit and format complex legal documents; format, revise and blackline documents
- Convert documents to Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Answer phones and provide technical help when needed
- Proofread work for accuracy
