Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service. Associate degree preferred. 1–3 years of data entry, administrative / clerical support experience. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Ability to communicate effectively across teams. What You’ll Do :
- Enter, update, and maintain project related data.
- Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Generate and run basic reports to support project activities.
- Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Engineering team and Operations teams to maintain data integrity.
- Support documentation of data entry processes and recommend improvements where needed.
