Fourth Floor is hiring : Sales and Marketing Associate - Fashion Brand in New Yor

Our client, a contemporary womenswear brand, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join their team in NYC!

This role will still on the Sales team, primarily supporting sales / showroom operations, while occasionally assisting with marketing efforts.

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the showroom for market and appointments

Assist Account Executives and Sales Managers during market appointments

Track, ship, and manage showroom samples

Maintain organization of the sample closet, TOP samples, and fabric swatches

Assist with market recaps and “drops” packages

Support the team in trade show setup, sample sends, and regional market coordination

Collaborate with marketing team to edit and maintain a social media content calendar

Assist in creating content during ecommerce and editorial shoots

Pack and prepare collection pieces, styling equipment, and shoot necessities

Assist with on set shoot / production logistics

Requirements 1+ year experience in a wholesale sales, showroom ops, fashion marketing, or related internship

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Mac OS; familiarity with social scheduling tools a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Salary Range : $60,000-$70,000
