Positions : Full Time and Part Time, In Person
Pay : $55-$60 per hour based on experience ($79k-$86k per school year)
Sign On Bonus : $2,000
Daily Schedule : Mon-Fri

Required Education, Certification, and Experience :
Masters DegreeBCBA CertificationCurrent COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst)Position Qualifications :
Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Strong assessment and organizational skillsCollaborate with other members of the educational teamComplete required documentation for students on caseloadStrong communication and technology skillsAbility to pass state and federal background checkPosition Duties :
Submit required daily billing and student logConduct student assessments such as VBMAPP, Vineland, Essentials for Living, etc.Design and implement treatment plansComplete progress reports and monitor treatmentAssist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's), as applicableCollaborate and communicate with student's family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriateProvide direct services to students and their familiesMeet with clinical staff regularly to review progressDocument progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis.Complete necessary documentation for IEPs and other service plansAttend regularly scheduled meetings.Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics.Benefits :
