Manager, Data Engineering & Observability

We're looking for a strategic Manager, Data Engineering & Observability to lead engineering efforts focused on building and managing custom data solutions for our internal operational data sets. The team's focus is on ingesting operational, infrastructure, and security data into Snowflake, enabling Cox Automotive to enhance its observability, resiliency, and intelligence.

We're looking for a strategic Software Engineering Manager - Data Engineering & Observability to lead engineering efforts focused on building and managing custom data solutions for our internal operational data sets. The team's focus is on ingesting operational, infrastructure, and security data into Snowflake, enabling Cox Automotive to enhance its observability, resiliency, and intelligence.

This role blends technical direction-setting with people leadership. You'll guide engineering teams in designing scalable data solutions, represent their work to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your leadership will help drive data-driven insights that improve how we understand and operate our platforms.

USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year

Compensation :

Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
