Janitorial Supervisor

Extra Hands Services, Inc., is seeking a qualified Janitorial Site Supervisor to oversee and maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in janitorial services, preferably in a supervisory or quality control role. They should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and coach a diverse custodial team.

Responsibilities : Job Description

The Site Supervisor ensures daily operations at a high-demand distribution warehouse run smoothly and meet company standards of Excellence in Service Delivery, Integrity, and Professionalism. This role oversees 8-15 janitorial employees on-site, coordinates schedules, enforces safety standards, and serves as the primary point of contact for both staff and the client.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and cleaning schedules.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs for quality control.
• Manage timecards, attendance, and shift assignments.
• Train and coach new employees on site-specific procedures.
• Communicate with client representatives and Area Supervisor
• Maintain compliance with company values and policies.
• Submit regular QC reports and address customer concerns proactively.

Additional education or certifications in janitorial services or related fields.
