Key Responsibilities
Negotiate repayment options for delinquent accounts and manage hardship assistance
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently in a blended call center environment
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years of experience in Loss Mitigation, Debt Settlement, or Consumer Collections
Solid knowledge of loan concepts, including amortization and account reconciliation
Experience in negotiating Forbearance and Loan Modification Agreements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
