This pivotal role involves overseeing aircraft interior maintenance tasks to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance. As a Lead Interior Mechanic, you will play a crucial part in mentoring and training team members, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and upholding high-quality standards in aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Lead and approve maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alterations on aircraft interior components.
• Conduct crew meetings to communicate effectively on work, safety, and quality.
• Monitor and manage labor hours and materials effectively for assigned tasks.
• Mentor and develop the technical and leadership skills of mechanics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
