A company is looking for an HR Tech Partner to define HR technology priorities and drive the HR technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between HR and technology teams to establish and execute the HR Technology Roadmap
Provide strategic consultation to assess technology needs and drive business strategies
Facilitate project planning and ensure technology investments meet expected ROI and value
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of system implementation experience, preferably in HR technologies
Strong understanding of HR processes and stakeholder engagement
Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or Cornerstone is a plus
Proven project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
