Job Summary

As part of the diversified CRH Americas, CRH plc, Americas Finance is currently recruiting for the position of Senior FP&A Analyst. The role sits within the CRH Americas FP&A team based in Atlanta, GA and offers an incredible learning and career development opportunity. The successful candidate will be tasked with various duties including management / financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic plans, data analytics, and ad-hoc analysis to support the CRH Americas leadership team. This role interacts regularly with the corporate parent and operating businesses with a focus on high-quality reporting and process improvement.

Job Location

This role is based at our corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA hybrid work schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and variance explanation as necessary
• Execute flash and forecast reporting for CRH Americas leadership
• Weekly Volume and Sales consolidation and reporting
• Develop presentation materials for executive and board level meetings
• Gathering macro-economic data and synthesizing for internal consumption
• Prepare Investor relations documents
• Coordinate deep-dive analysis of operating company performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase productivity
• Provide insights and highlight trends in reporting information
• Develop and suggest new KPIs or reporting formats to improve reporting quality
• EPM PBCS Implementation and Maintenance Support
• Data analytics / dashboard reporting; development and maintenance
• Consolidation of five-year strategic plan financial projections and annual budget process
• Build relationships with the finance teams in the operating companies and Group Finance
• Capex reporting and supporting capital management initiatives.
• Process documentation
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the company
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
• Ad hoc analysis as required for senior management
• Other duties as directed
