Job Description : BIM Modeler / Virtual Design Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team as a Virtual Design Technician . In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create and manage highly detailed 3D / 4D models using REVIT and other design software. Your work will directly support field operations, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to industry standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on precision, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Modeling and Coordination

• Develop comprehensive 3D / 4D models from 2D drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate BIM efforts across disciplines using REVIT to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Produce prefabrication drawings based on Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical designs.
• Establish, implement, and maintain the project-specific BIM Execution Plan.
