Key Responsibilities

Own the vision and execution of AcciClaim's workflow strategy to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and analytics teams to optimize AcciClaim's impact

Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and user-focused innovation

Qualifications

2+ years of experience at the Director level with a track record of leadership in product management

Proven ability to drive product innovation, making work easier and more efficient for users

Experience developing data-driven solutions, with a deep understanding of business cases, P&L, and analytics

Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on execution and delivering results

Expert-level knowledge of the RCM industry, specific to the healthcare industry
