Role Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on Superintendent to lead construction projects from the ground up. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards and design specifications. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to manage day-to-day operations on the job site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
- Maintain a safe and clean job site, enforcing company safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner
- Perform quality control checks and ensure all work meets project specifications
- Collaborate with pre-construction teams for cost estimation, scheduling, and value engineering when required
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial or industrial construction projectsStrong background in managing Water Treatment Plants, Commercial Buildings, or similar large-scale infrastructureKnowledge of construction safety regulations and best practicesExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specificationsProficiency with project management software and scheduling toolsDegree in Construction Management or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications (OSHA, PMP, etc.) are a plusExperience with pre-construction services is a bonusWhy Join Us?
