Job Title : Shipping Associate

Location : Telford, TN

Reports To : Shipping Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Position Summary :

The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all shipments meet company quality standards and delivery deadlines. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Operate shipping software and systems to generate labels, packing slips, and tracking information.
  • Verify accuracy of order contents and documentation prior to shipment.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Load shipments onto trucks or pallets, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with warehouse safety guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet shipping schedules and productivity goals.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to [50 lbs] on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

    • Work Environment :

  • Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting
  • Use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners.
  • VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) vertical forklift
  • Dock stocker Forklift

    • Monday - Friday, 2 : 00pm to 10 : 30pm
