Five or more years of experience interpreting technical drawings / documents and performing technical analysis or drafting using CAD software.

A degree in computer-aided design or a related field may substitute for some years of experience, per company guidelines.

This entry-level position is responsible for performing drafting and engineering support duties. The role is designed to build competence through structured work assignments under the guidance of a supervisor, manager, or experienced colleagues. Responsibilities may focus on drafting, engineering support, or a combination of both.
