About the Role Expereo is seeking a

Principal Product Designer

to lead the design of our next-generation digital Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how global enterprises buy, manage, and evolve their connectivity across underlay, overlay, and optimisation services. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep product intuition, hands-on prototyping skills, and experience operating in scaled, multi-team environments. Design at Expereo is still in its infancy. You’ll be the

first senior design hire

in this function and expected to lead by doing—working closely with Product, Engineering, and the CDO to bring clarity, quality, and vision to life.

Expereo is redefining how global enterprises consume network services as they shift from private infrastructure to public internet and SD-WAN. We operate at the intersection of : Global last-mile aggregation (off-net connectivity), Middle-mile optimisation and automation, SD-WAN and overlay orchestration. Your job is to turn this complexity into an exceptional customer experience — one that is simple, powerful, and uniquely Expereo. The first major deliverable : a high-fidelity, clickable prototype of our future-state NaaS experience—used for customer validation and to align internal teams around a shared product vision.

What You’ll Do

Product Vision & Prototyping

Work with the CDO and Product Leaders to visualise and prototype the future-state digital customer experience. Translate broad concepts into tangible, high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that bring clarity and direction. Use AI tools, no-code / low-code platforms, and modern prototyping techniques to work at speed.

Hands-On Product Design

Design flows, interactions, and UI components for multi-step workflows (discovery, ordering, provisioning, configuration, support). Build experience consistency across underlay, overlay, and in-life services. Define and uphold quality standards for experience and usability.

Product Discovery & Validation

Collaborate with Product Managers in customer discovery and usability testing. Validate ideas early with real users to de-risk investment and iterate quickly.

Design Leadership

Be a design authority and thought partner to PMs, Engineers, and Executives. Help shape our design culture, standards, and hiring roadmap. Prepare for future scale : contribute to design systems and foundations that support STO-based product teams.

What You Should Have

10+ years of product design experience, including experience designing platforms, internal tools, or complex enterprise systems. Experience working in scaled, multi-team environments (you’ve influenced beyond your squad). Strong portfolio of work showing concept-to-delivery process and product impact. High comfort with

rapid prototyping tools

e.g. Figma, Framer, Webflow, AI tools, etc. Strong product sense—you don’t just accept the brief; you improve it. Confidence in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. You’re used to bringing clarity where there isn’t much. The ability to see the system, not just the screen—designing experiences that scale across products, geographies, and customers.

A highly visual, specific and inspiring digital prototype that becomes the north star for the company’s platform strategy. Product teams using your designs and flows to build with clarity and speed. A foundation for scaling the UX discipline as Expereo evolves toward a

Single-Threaded Owner (STO)

model. Internal alignment around what great customer experience looks like. Positive feedback from customers who validate that this solves the real problem.
