We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Technician with hands-on experience in UPS & HVAC Systems , and industrial maintenance. This role involves on-site service, diagnostics, and repair of complex equipment, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

🔧 Key

🧰 Perform on-site service and maintenance of UPS systems, HVAC / refrigeration units, power distribution equipment, switchgear, and related electrical infrastructure.

📋 Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.

🛠️ Execute repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and reliability, including emergent corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

🤝 Interact with customers to provide technical support, explain service procedures, and ensure satisfaction.

📝 Document service activities through detailed reports, including diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.

🧪 Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce operational risks.

🦺 Follow strict safety protocols, including lock-out / tag-out procedures, and report any hazards or incidents to ensure a safe work environment.

🚐 Travel to customer sites within the assigned region, maintaining a professional and responsive presence.

📚 Stay up to date with training and certifications to maintain compliance with industry standards and technical excellence.
