Concierge - Medical Office

Location : 99 Conifer Hill Drive, Danvers, MA

Position Overview : The Medical Concierge is the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting patients. This role ensures patients are directed to the appropriate area, streamlining their experience. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is essential for efficiently accessing and updating patient information.

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression

Direct patients to the appropriate department or healthcare provider

Access and update patient records using the EMR system

Collaborate with front desk staff and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow

Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications :

Work Schedule : Part-time, 12 : 30pm - 5 : 30pm

Physical Requirements : Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform light physical activity as needed
