A regional food production facility supplying products to a global food manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor on the 3rd shift. This role is available due to an internal promotion, a testament to the company's commitment to career growth. This individual will oversee operations, lead production employees, and ensure efficient, safe, and compliant processes.

For over two decades, this plant has operated as a 24 / 5 operation, emphasizing a family-oriented culture with a strong focus on everyone working together as a team, communicating expectations & goals, and pitching in to help teammates be successful while meeting customer deadlines.

Qualifications and Responsibilities :

• 3 years of Production Supervision experience within an FDA-regulated facility
• High School Diploma required
• Lead, train, & build rapport with employees
• Make quick but informed decisions regarding operational changes and be motivated to perform what needs to be done with minimal supervision.
• Lead the team while on the floor, being visible to employees, and knowing the successes and challenges that the team is experiencing
• Residence N / NW of Indianapolis is encouraged to apply, as relocation assistance is not offered
