We are seeking a Senior User Researcher to lead independent research initiatives for accounting-focused products, uncovering user needs and translating insights into actionable solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and key stakeholders to align user-centered findings with business goals. You will design and execute generative and evaluative research, identify strategic opportunities, and help drive product decisions that create measurable impact. Accountabilities

As a Senior User Researcher, you will :

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across product experiences with methodological rigor.

• Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Advocate for the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle, identifying opportunities to enhance value and usability.
• Partner with leadership to ensure research informs measurable business outcomes and product success.
