job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead, coordinate, and support all major phases of project execution, from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met within the budget and schedule. Participate in design reviews, providing expert insights and recommendations to optimize product design and performance. Oversee the process from design, testing, and new product introduction, ensuring products meet high standards of quality and performance. Support the supply chain team by providing vendor support and answering material-related questions to ensure a smooth procurement process. Manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time and within budget while meeting quality and performance specifications. Leverage knowledge of SolidWorks and ISO or AS9100 to ensure products are designed and manufactured in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required. Advanced degrees are a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in aerospace. Experience with RF is highly desirable. Proficiency in SolidWorks. Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 standards and their application in manufacturing. Proven experience leading and managing projects with a track record of delivering on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
