What We're Looking For : Educational Background & Experience : A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience in Sales or Marketing. Previous experience within the healthcare field or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sector is highly preferred. Exceptional Communication Skills : Possess strong rapport-building abilities in phone communication. You should be able to deliver brief, direct, and concise messages that effectively convey your point. Your voicemail delivery should be varied and inspire excitement. An adaptive verbal style is crucial. Excellent written communication skills are also a must. Active Listening & Documentation : The ability to accurately capture verbal cues, effectively repeat input to confirm understanding, and work harmoniously with diverse communication styles. You must be adept at obtaining and meticulously documenting insights into a CRM system, and be able to redirect conversations when necessary. You will also interact effectively with peers and managers. Self-Motivated & Organized : A highly self-starting, organized, and disciplined individual capable of working independently in a remote setting. This includes effectively managing an assigned territory and performing regular offsite visits to both new and existing referral sources. Results-Oriented Drive : A proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets and objectives.
