General Overview Of Position

ARCXIS is seeking Plumbing Designers and Engineers with a wide range of experience who are skilled in Plumbing Design and Engineering of residential structures. This includes many aspects of the production of Waste / Vent Designs, Water Piping, Isometrics, Gas Schematics, Fire Sprinklers, and Site Plumbing in AutoCAD. Plumbing Designers and Engineers collaborate and partner across all disciplines to ensure the highest level of cross-disciplined design integration for a one stop shop solution to our partners residential design needs.

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Job duties will be to produce Waste / Vent Design, Water Piping, Isometrics, Gas Schematic, Fire Sprinklers, and Site Plumbing in AutoCAD
• Plumbing Engineering and Design of single- and multi-family, low- and high-rise residential design plans
• Generate detailed Plumbing Design drawings in AutoCAD for construction documentation of design plans for bidding and construction
• Prepare Construction Documents in AutoCAD
• Work with design staff and drafters to complete project
