Director of Actuarial Services

A company is looking for a Director of Actuarial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial oversight and strategy for Medicare products, including CMS bid submissions

Oversee risk adjustment strategy and analytics, ensuring accuracy in submissions and compliance

Manage medical expense trend analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost containment opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Health Care Administration, or related field required

Master's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) preferred

Eight (8) + years of progressively responsible experience in health actuarial analytics required, with four (4) + years of management experience preferred
