Deli / Bakery Manager

Sodexo Government  is seeking a  Deli / Bakery Manager  for  DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Aberdeen Proving Ground  located in  Aberdeen, MD.  The Deli / Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a small deli / bakery.  Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

What You'll Do :

• frontline staff;
• deli / bakery operations;
• department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
• frontline training programs;
• opening and closing the operation; and
• daily operation standards.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience  - 2 years
