A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst - Payer Configurations & QA.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and support software system integration projects, including end-to-end testing and troubleshooting
Act as the primary point of contact for client testing and configuration inquiries, conducting demos and training sessions
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to team productivity initiatives
Required Qualifications
Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of relevant technical support experience
Experience with workflow and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce); proficient in JIRA, SQL, Tableau, XML, and JSON
Familiarity with Kanban, Scrum, and Agile methodologies
Healthcare Industry and / or Payer experience strongly preferred
