Production Enablement Program Implementation Leader
Job expectations :
As a Program Implementations Leader for Enterprise Claims, Disputes, and Complaints in Operations, this role will Identify, lead, and support people leaders in the Enterprise Complaints and Customer Assurance team to create processes and procedures, with applicable training rigor, as a new Enterprise System is implemented. This individual will work closely with the Initiative Lead engaging with technology and product partners. Acts as the primary resource for Operations Business Partners with respect to questions, consulting, and training. Establishes and tracks to a business readiness plan, escalating risks and challenges appropriately. Communicates key changes to business partners and appropriate audiences.
Oversees the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process.� Assesses the impact, cost benefit and risk of proposed changes.� Coordinates the change planning and implementation process.� Manages implementation of end-to-end large scale application changes.� Maintains continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams.� Consults on large scale and complex change management program across the organization. Integrates change management process with other service management functions.� Provides day-to-day supervision of the change team, ensuring high levels of system / service availability of all systems.
