This Representative serves our Customers and Distributors by providing product and service information, answering customer questions, and assisting in resolving product and service issues promptly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be a career-oriented individual seeking long term employment in a growing manufacturing company which serves several States and Continents through a Distributor base.
Job Duties :
- Team Communication Skills are necessary
- Assists customers by answering product and service questions;
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
