Temporary Board Reporter
Location : 315 Court St., Clearwater, FL
This is a temporary position (up to 6 months). The Board Reporter performs highly advanced clerical work recording and preparing minutes of major County boards and commissions; records and takes notes of meeting proceedings on a laptop computer using various additional equipment and software; and interprets or summarizes notes into accurate minute form. The role ensures continuity of essential services while providing support to board operations.

What Do You Need To Have?
Education and Experience :
Four (4) years of secretarial or advanced clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and / or experience.
Florida Driver's License or Florida Commercial Driver's License and endorsement, if any.
Assignment to work a variety of work schedules including compulsory work periods in special, emergency, and / or disaster situations.
Other knowledge, skills, abilities, and credentials required for a specific position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Ability to understand and carry out moderately complex oral and written instructions and make decisions in accordance with rules and regulations.
