In this role, you’ll assemble and test mechanical, electrical, and computer systems using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will :
- Work closely with leads and other technicians on vehicle builds in an assembly line environment.
- Perform light diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle issues.
- Complete daily tasks to ensure on-time delivery and station completion.
- Execute on-vehicle testing involving both hardware and software systems.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve build processes and support future development.
- Collaborate flexibly with cross-functional teams as production needs evolve.
- Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and 5S practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
- Maintain a proactive approach to supporting new responsibilities and process improvements.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.Experience with basic hand and power tools Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Familiar with electrical schematics and harness drawings.Preferred Automotive / OEM experience is a plus.Associate Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technology Physical Requirements.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Standing, walking, and working in a manufacturing or shop environment for extended periods Work Environment.This role is situated within manufacturing and testing environments.Flexibility is essential due to potential periods of downtime and the need to support other teams to meet production and testing schedules.Adhere to all manufacturing safety policies.
