Manager of Capitalized Software

A company is looking for a Manager, Capitalized Software and Fixed Assets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the accounting process for software development capitalization and fixed assets

Lead the implementation of a time-tracking tool to capture software development time

Prepare monthly reports on software capitalization and manage relationships with vendors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

5-8 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in management

Internally developed software capitalization experience preferred

Public accounting or public company experience preferred

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred
