JOB DESCRIPTION : BA Job Description
Must have : Experience working with Business Users for gathering & analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications & collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions within Salesforce, troubleshooting issues, responding to user queries on day-to-day basis.
Must have : Experience in Visio to create process flows & design flows
Must have : 5-7 years hand on experience in SQL / Excel / Data Analysis Tools (Knowledge of any Programming Language is Plus)
Must have : Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling and technical architecture concepts
Must have : Experience working in Financial Service Industry (previously worked on salesforce)
Must have : Knowledge of Project Management methodologies like Agile - Jira / SDLC
Knowledge or experience with Salesforce CRM System
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools a plus
Knowledge of JIRA agile development software preferred
Good Communication skills in regards to written & verbal for collaborating with various stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (Computer Science degree preferred)
