AirHeads HVAC is scouting a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor - In-Home Sales Representative to meet in the homes of our Kempner, Copperas Cove, and Killeen clients to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. We service Temple, Belton, Harker Heights, and Copperas Cove areas.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor - In-Home Sales Representative, your knowledge of the product and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make recommendations and educate each client on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment as if it was your own home. Each time you make a sale using the consultative sales approach, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers.

While you enjoy selling, you also recognize the hard work you need to put in. To stay at the top of your game, you never miss a staff training or meeting and stay up to date on product offerings. You are continuously learning and improving your skills. Plus, you get to see your hard work pay off in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Advanced customer service, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
