The Opportunity

GMMG is in an exciting period of growth, expanding its film and television division and deepening its slate of original and co-produced projects. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant (remote, contract, part-time) to play a leadership role in accelerating this growth and expanding our reach. This position is integral to strengthening our industry presence, advancing strategic partnerships, and positioning GMMG as a go-to content partner for studios, networks, and streamers.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the CEO and Director of Development to grow GMMG's presence and partnerships.
  • Leverage our combined network to create opportunities with leading buyers and collaborators.
  • Strengthen relationships that expand visibility and drive new business.
  • Position GMMG's slate for partnerships and industry awareness.

Who You Are

  • A business development professional with established TV & film relationships.
  • You're comfortable pitching, networking, and building relationships.
  • You've demonstrated success in building partnerships and driving opportunities in film and television.
  • You enjoy learning new things and are not afraid of research.
  • You can work independently while also collaborating closely with the broader team.
  • You value results over ego, and can contribute with professionalism and integrity.
  • You're excited to grow with us and help shape the future of our film and television division.
  • You've got other stuff going on, so a part-time high performance role is perfect for you and your lifestyle.

    • Compensation

    Hourly Base commission (contract, part-time).

    Location

    Remote / flexible, with potential travel for industry meetings or events.
